NorCal Services for Deaf & Hard of Hearing is a non-profit community-based organization serving Deaf & Hard of Hearing individuals in 24 northeastern counties of California. Founded and managed by a team of Deaf and Hard of Hearing individuals, NorCal Services for Deaf & Hard of Hearing has been an organization 'of, by and for' the Deaf and Hard of Hearing community since 1977.
NorCal offices will be closed at noon on Wednesday, November 22nd; and will be closed all day Thursday, November 23rd, and Friday, November 24th. We will resume regular business hours on Monday, November 27th.
AN IMPORTANT UPDATE FROM NORCAL
The after-hours medical, law enforcement and mental health emergency phone number is changing. Beginning April 1, 2017, we will no longer have a toll free number. The NEW AFTER-HOURS emergency number is (916) 236-1184. Please update your records with this new local number. The old 1-800-504-3009 number will no longer be operational after March 31, 2017.
As a reminder, NorCal’s office hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 AM—5:00 PM, excluding holidays. During NorCal’s business hours, please continue to call (916) 349-7525 for medical, law enforcement and mental health emergencies.
