The Access Program is available in all NorCal Headquarters and Outreach offices and includes seven categories of services as follows:

COMMUNICATION ASSISTANCE
INFORMATION AND REFERRAL
COUNSELING ASSISTANCE
COMMUNITY EDUCATION
EMPLOYMENT ASSISTANCE
INDEPENDENT LIVING SKILLS INSTRUCTION
ADVOCACY ASSISTANCE

Services are funded by the California Department of Social Services Office of Deaf Access and program revenues.

Eligibility

Requirement is self-identified hearing loss.
